Who we are
Aggrandize Inc. ("Aggrandize", "we", "us") is a company incorporated in the United States and part of Testudo Ventures. We operate aggrandize.co, which presents what we do and lets you contact us. We are the controller of the personal information described here. Questions go to hello@aggrandize.co.
What we collect and why
- Contact form. When you write to us we receive the name, company, email address and message you enter, together with the IP address and country the request came from. We use this to reply to you, to assess a potential investment or partnership, and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where you ask us to, taking steps towards an agreement with you.
- Email. If you email us directly, we process the content of your message and your email address for the same purposes.
- Technical data. To deliver the site securely and block abuse, our hosting provider processes IP addresses, request headers and similar connection data. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views without cookies, without identifying individual visitors and without tracking you across other sites.
Cookies and tracking
- We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.
- We do not use third-party advertising or social-media tracking tools on this site.
- Spam protection on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) may set a short-lived technical cookie that is necessary for the check to work.
Who processes your data
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, screens form submissions for spam, provides cookie-free analytics and delivers your form message to our mailbox.
- Google LLC (Google Workspace) stores our email and documents.
Each provider acts as our processor under its own data-processing terms and may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it or where we need professional advisers, such as lawyers or accountants, to act for us.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as it is relevant to the enquiry or relationship it concerns, and afterwards only for as long as the law or a legitimate business need, such as resolving a dispute, requires. Technical logs are retained for a short period under our providers' standard retention rules.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to our mailbox and records is limited to the people who need it to handle your enquiry.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise these rights, email hello@aggrandize.co; we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have the rights those laws provide, and we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Our site may link to third-party sites, including Testudo Ventures. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be flagged on the page for a reasonable period.
